This Privacy policy of personal data (further – Privacy policy) works for all information about the User  located on the domain name http://www.bl.ru/en/  which can be received in usage time of this website, programs and products. 

1. Definition of terms

1.1. In the current Privacy policy the following terms are used:

1.1.1. "The administration of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ – Administration of the website, the Operator)" – "Nevsky Syndicate" LLC which organizes and (or) carries out processing of personal data and also defines the purposes of processing of personal data, structure of personal data which are subject to processing, actions (operations) made with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" – any information relating directly or indirectly to certain, or defined natural person (the subject of personal data).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) made with use of the automation equipment or without use of such means with personal data including collecting, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refining (updating, changing), extraction, using, transfer (distribution, granting, accessing), depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" – the requirement, obligatory for observance by the Operator or other person who got access to personal data, not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal basis.

1.1.5. "The User of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ the User, the Subject of personal data)" – a person having access to the website, by means of the Internet and using the website.

1.1.6. "Cookies" – a small fragment of data sent by the Web server and stored on the computer of the user which the web client or the web browser sends every time to the Web server in the HTTP-request in attempt to open the page of the corresponding website.

1.1.7. "IP address" – the unique network node address in the computer network built under the IP protocol.

1.1.8. "Goods" – the thing, service (work) which the User purchases (buys) by means of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/.

1.1.9. "Blocking of personal data" – the temporary termination of processing of personal data (except for cases if processing is necessary for specification of personal data).

1.1.10. "Dissemination of personal data" – the actions directed to disclosure of personal data to an uncertain circle of people.

1.1.11. "Providing personal data" – the actions sent on disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of people.

2. General provisions

2.1. The acceptance of the offer by the User on the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ means the consent of the User to processing of personal data and also consent with this Privacy policy and conditions of processing of the User’s personal information. Registration of separate consent to processing of the User’s personal information is not required.

2.2. In case of disagreement with Privacy policy conditions the User shall stop using the website http://www.bl.ru/en/.

2.3. This Privacy policy is applied only to the website http://www.bl.ru/en/. "Nevsky Syndicate" LLC does not control and does not bear responsibility for websites of the third parties on which the User can follow the links available on the website http://www.bl.ru/en/.

3. Subject of privacy policy

3.1. This Privacy policy establishes obligations of the website’s Administration http://www.bl.ru/en/ for nondisclosure and providing the mode of protection of confidentiality of personal data which the User provides at the request of the website’s Administration at registration on the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ for order placement.

3.2. The personal data permitted to processing within this Privacy policy is provided by the User by filling of the form on the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ in appropriate sections and include the following information:

4. Purposes of collecting of users' personal data 

4.1. The Administration of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ can use personal information of the User for the purpose of:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website http://www.bl.ru/en/, for order placement and (or) signing the contract of sale of goods by a remote method from the specified website.

4.1.2. Providing access to the personalized resources of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/ to the User.

4.1.3. Establishing the feedback with the User, including directing of notices, requests concerning use of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/, rendering services, processing of requests and applications from the User.

4.1.4. Confirmation of reliability and completeness of personal data provided by the User.

4.1.5. Creation of the account for shopping if the User agreed to create the account.

4.1.9. Granting updates of products, special offers, price informations, newsletter and other data on behalf of the website’s Administration or on behalf of partners to the User from its consent.

4.1.10. Implementation of advertizing activity.

5. Ways and terms of processing of personal information

5.1. Processing of personal user information is carried out not longer than the term answering to the purposes of processing of personal data, any lawful way including in information systems of personal data with use of the automation equipment or without use of such means.

5.2. The user agrees that the website’s Administration has the right to provide personal data to the third parties, in particular, to courier services, organizations of a mail service, to operators of telecommunication, exclusively for implementation of the User's order issued on the website http://www.bl.ru/en/, including delivery of the Item.

5.3. The User's personal information can be provided to authorized bodies of the government of the Russian Federation only on the bases and order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. During the losing or disclosure of personal data the website’s Administration informs the User on loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The website’s Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures for personal information protection of the User from illegal or accidental access, deleting, changing, blocking, copying, distributing and also from other illegal acts of the third parties.

5.6. The website’s Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures for prevention of losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.

6. Obligations of the parties

6.1. The user is obliged:

6.1.1. Provide information on personal data necessary for use of the website http://www.bl.ru/en/.

6.1.2. Update, add the provided information on personal data in case of change of this information.

6.1.3. The user can withdraw consent to processing of personal data, by directing the notification to the website’s Administration to the e-mail address: vopros2@bl.ru. The Website’s Administration stops processing of personal data according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation

6.2. The administration of the website is obliged:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information only for the purposes specified in item 4 of this Privacy policy.

6.2.2. Provide storage of confidential information in secret, not disclose without prior written permission of the User and also not perform sale, exchange, publication, or disclosure of the transferred User’s personal information with other possible methods, except for Subparagraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures for protection of confidentiality of the User's personal information according to the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2.4. Perform blocking of personal data relating to the corresponding User from the moment of the address or request of the User or his legal representative or authorized body on protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for check period, in case of identification of doubtful personal data or illegal acts.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. The website’s Administration which did not fulfill the obligations bears liability for damages, suffered by the User in connection with unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except cases specified in Subparagraphs 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data the website's Administration does not bear responsibility if this personal data:

7.2.1. Became public property before their loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from the third party before its receiving by the website's Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Before appeal to the court with the claim for disputes arising from the relations between the User and Administration of the website presentation of the claim (the written offer on voluntary dispute settlement) is obligatory.

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim, in writing notifies the applicant of the claim on results of consideration of the claim.

8.3. At not reaching an agreement the dispute will be submitted to judicial authority in the location of the Operator, according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation is applied to this Privacy policy and relations between the User and Administration of the website.

9. Additional terms

9.1.  The website's Administration has the right to make changes in this Privacy policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. New Privacy policy takes effect from the moment of its placement on the website if other is not provided by new edition of Privacy policy.

9.3. All offers or questions on this Privacy policy should be addressed to the address of the Operator specified on the website.
